Park Beach Plaza Development Update

We trust you have enjoyed the holiday season and most importantly our new undercover parking through the hot and wet days we’ve experienced.

Now that the holiday season is over and the kids have headed back to school, Park Beach Plaza will once again become a hive of activity as our contractors come back on site to add the finishing touches to our construction works.

This includes the addition of the façade or screen on the western side of the multi-level car park (Pacific Highway side).  The addition of the façade will completely change the look of the car park and will be very impressive on completion.  On the southern end of the car park our new signage will also be installed mirroring the signage on the northern and north western corner along with some painting works to be completed.

These final works will take approximately 5 weeks and will see the multi-level car park fully complete well before Easter.

Over the holiday season we have received some fabulous feedback from both locals and visitors to the region who have enjoyed the benefits of easy undercover parking, with many commenting on the wider spaces.  Our new variety of stores has also proved popular with many of them reporting record sales for their store openings.
