WE ARE OPEN FOR YOU
UPDATE TUESDAY 20 July 2021 – 10.00Am
We would like to thank our Customers, Retailers and Staff for the patience and understanding during the uncertainty we all faced yesterday, we understand there was a huge amount of anxiety and fear amongst the community. We will continue to closely monitor the situation.
Our priority continues to be the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team members and broader community and as such we undertook a precautionary full deep clean of the entire centre last night. Plus are continuing our increased cleaning rosters with additional focus on specific areas we know customers are likely to have made contact with.
We remind customers that it is mandatory to wear a mask and sign in on the Service NSW App when visiting the centre and our centre retailers, as this will assist in keeping our community safe.
We also remind the community to follow the NSW Health Orders. If you are from the Greater Sydney Area you are not permitted in regional New South Wales or in our shopping centre.
If you have any Covid-19 symptoms no matter how mild, you must get tested and stay home.
Park Beach Plaza is working tirelessly to keep up to date with the changing situation and Government restrictions and will continue to respond to the changing situation. It is our goal to continue to support our community with products and services in these unprecedented times.
PLEASE NOTE: due to current Government restrictions it is now a requirement that masks are worn and you check in to all stores within our centre. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
KEEPING YOU SAFE
Our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and retailers is our primary priority, so we will continue to implement and maintain a number of precautionary measures to help keep our customers and community safe.
We are strongly recommending customers change their shopping habits this year and try and visit the centre outside of peak shopping hours. Try shopping early or late in the day.
Other safety measures we have undertaken include:
While our team focuses on protecting the safety and wellbeing of our community, we need you to play your part as well.
Let’s work together to ensure we each practise safe social distancing during your visit to the Centre and keep a minimum of 1.5 metres between yourself and others at all times.
It is also important that we all maintain a high level of personal hygiene, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of the hand sanitisation stations located throughout the Centre.
Please also wash your hands regularly, cover your coughs or sneezes with your elbow and don’t gather in groups and consider wearing a mask.
Most importantly if you are at high risk or feeling unwell at all we strongly recommend you stay home.
