Contractor Induction

All Contractors working on our site are required to complete an online WHS induction before commencing work at Park Beach Plaza, Park Beach HomeBase and/or Gateway House. Please contact us via email and we will email you instructions on how to complete your induction.

Who should be inducted?

  • Contractors working for Retailers including trolley collectors
  • Couriers and anyone delivering goods into any Centre
  • Contractors working for Park Beach Plaza, Park Beach HomeBase or Gateway House

Documents that will be required:

  • Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million)
  • Workers Compensation Insurance (unless you are a sole trader)
  • Safe Work Method Statement specific to the site and job
  • Sole Traders should complete a Workers Compensation Sole Traders Declaration Provided to you by Centre Management.
